Confined spaces are deadly spaces. Protect your employees who work near confined spaces, but are prohibited to enter them. This course provides instruction on the identification of confined spaces and the hazards associated with these spaces. Training conforms to provincial regulations and CSA Standard Z1006:16 Management of Work in Confined Spaces.
Safety Guys Confined Space Awareness course will teach your employees to recognize potential confined spaces at the workplace so they can protect themselves from accidental exposure and know that they cannot enter.
A confined space is defined as one that has limited or restricted means for entry or exit, unfavourable natural ventilation, and creates or has the potential to create safety or health hazards. Confined spaces include, but are not limited to underground vaults, tanks, storage bins, manholes, pits, silos, process vessels, and pipelines. The final length of the course will ultimately depend on the number of students, their experience levels and class participation during discussions and practical training.
