CLASS 1: Counterbalanced Rider Type, Cushion Tires, Sit Down
CLASS 4: Internal combustion cushion tire forklifts
CLASS 5: Internal combustion engine pneumatic tire forklifts. ​

Details

​Student receive four hours of theory training to help them first understand how a forklift works, how to identify hazards and operate safely. This is followed by our practical training session. Theory training is available as part of instructor-led training and as an online course. Virtual Reality support training is also available.
Powered lift trucks are widely used in Ontario industry and all three Ministry sector regulations:
Mining and Mining Plants, Construction Projects, and Industrial Establishments
New Trainees 5 – 8 hours 
  • 1-6 Participants: $1200.00/Session
  • 7-12 Participants: $1,800.00/Session
​Experienced Students 3-4 hours
  • 1-6 Participants: $1000.00/Session
  • 7-12 Participants: $1,200.00/Session
​Note: Travel charges and HST may apply. If equipment is not supplied by the employer then rental fees will also apply.

About this course

Forklifts are powerful machines that can cause serious accidents and injuries if not operated correctly. As an employer, you have a legal responsibility to ensure your forklift operators are trained to recognize hazards and stay safe at all times.

​To help you meet these obligations, we have designed our forklift training to meet CSA standard B335-15. Clients are invited to submit in-house policies to be included during the training session.

Hands-On Practical Training
Two Row training programs include hands-on exercises to give students real-world experience in operating forklifts safely. This approach ensures better retention of knowledge and improves overall safety performance.
