The safety of new workers as they prepare for their first job or placement is so important.
We developed ELST, our Entry Level Skills Training Programs, to build a bridge of pre-apprenticeship training that can prepare students for work in the trades and inspire further career development. Market specific training packages provide transferrable job skills and personal empowerment to new and young workers from First Nation, Métis, and Inuit communities

Two Row Trades Programs are customized to meet the needs of the client. We invite communities, businesses, schools, and employment service agencies to join us in providing this exciting option for job training. These market specific training packages provide transferrable job skills and personal empowerment to new and young workers.
For over ten years, we have been working with First Nations and local service organizations in Ontario to develop and offer programs that combine our innovative safety training with practical training in one of the focus trades. |
These hybrid programs are designed to prepare students for a new career in a field that is very much in demand of skilled workers. Courses vary in length from two to sixteen weeks depending on budget and the desired outcomes of the training.
All courses provide the appropriate safety certifications, such as WHMIS and Working at Heights, as well as hands-on projects, or machine operations, that prepare students for entry level positions. |
