I only have two employees - will you still come out to my job site?
Yes, we will...but please understand that we need enough time to accommodate you in the schedule. The only course that requires a minimum of 10 students is First Aid/CPR. How does the pricing work? We try to keep our prices fair and accessible so that businesses of all sizes have an affordable option for quality training. Price increases are based on market adjustments and may change without notice on an annual basis. The price of each course includes manuals and certification cards. Do you offer volume discounts? Companies that require several different training sessions and/or that have a large number of employees can inquire about package discounts. We usually work with you to establish a daily rate that is acceptable to both parties. Do you have WSIB clearance? Yes...Safety Guys has WSIB clearance on all employees. A current certificate can be emailed to you directly - please allow 24 hours notice. Do you have Insurance? Yes...we have two-million dollar liability coverage and Errors and Omissions Insurance which, by law, is required for all instructors and teachers in Ontario. When do my employees receive their wallet cards? At the end of their training session, while we are still on site. What do I do if I lost my wallet card? Please contact us via email with the date, place and type of training you took. A $15.00 replacement fee is required to cover materials, shipping and handling. When do I need recertification? Our certifications are valid for three years from the date of training. A yearly refresher that is workplace specific is required for WHMIS. An 18 month refresher for machine operations is recommended. |
